The best brownie recipe that's almost impossible to f**k up!

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 tsp sea salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Butter a piece of parchment paper and place in an 8x8 baking dish.
Sift all dry ingredients into a medium bowl: sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt, and chocolate chips (obviously don't sift the damn chocolate chips you animal).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, water, and vanilla.
Sprinkle the dry mix over the wet mix and stir until just combined, the batter will be THICC AF.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 45-48 minutes, do a toothpick check if you don't trust me.
Cool before slicing, store in a sealed container if you haven't already eaten them all.
