Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup canola oil

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  • Butter a piece of parchment paper and place in an 8x8 baking dish.

  • Sift all dry ingredients into a medium bowl: sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt, and chocolate chips (obviously don't sift the damn chocolate chips you animal).

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, water, and vanilla.

  • Sprinkle the dry mix over the wet mix and stir until just combined, the batter will be THICC AF.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

  • Bake for 45-48 minutes, do a toothpick check if you don't trust me.

  • Cool before slicing, store in a sealed container if you haven't already eaten them all.
