16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup cold heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp granulated sugar
6 tbsp butter, melted
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, whipping cream, and vanilla until smooth
Combine melted butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs
Press graham cracker mixture into a 9 inch pie pan
Spread filling over the pie crust
Refrigerate for several hours before severing
Top with berry sauce
