1 large broccoli crown

Seasonings of Choice (Italian, Garlic)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cover a baking sheet with tin foil.
Peel carrots and cut diagonally into slices. Cut the broccoli into florets.
Place the carrots and broccoli onto the backing sheet. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Add salt and pepper and mix the vegetables to coat evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, until crispy on the outside and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and any seasonings of your choice.
